Mr. Daniel Yeo’s experience in the financial industry spans more than 25 years. In the 1980s, he served as the Vice President of Refco Singapore and was a pioneer in the Singapore futures and options market. Since 2003, he joined Man Financial (S) Pte Ltd (now known as MF Global Singapore) and served as its Chief Executive Officer.
After witnessing the birth of the Singapore International Monetary Exchange (SIMEX), he built up a distinguished track record servicing high net worth clients in foreign exchange and bullion trading. He has been an Independent Non-Executive Director of Top Global Limited since April 26, 2010 and as its Lead Independent Director since March 2014. He served as a Director of ING Futures & Options (S) Pte Ltd, he assisted with the acquisition of Barings (S) Pte Ltd. He also served as an Executive Director of UOB International Treasury, establishing business linkages with international brokerages, as well a Consultant to Quantedge.
Henry Kinstlinger has in the past thirty years been actively involved in the financial and corporate management of a number of public companies and non-governmental organisations. Mr. Kinstlinger is a corporate consultant with broad experience in investor and community relations and corporate and statutory compliance.

Previously, Ms. Florence Fang has held a number of regional marketing management positions for leading companies including Visa International, Microsoft Softimage, The Fantastic Corporation and International Data Corporation (IDC). Specifically, she was the Director of Corporate Communications as well as the Director for e-Visa for Visa International Asia Pacific. She is knowledgeable in the field of technology marketing, digital marketing, media, e-commerce, and promoting consumer products.
Ms. Fang was also the founder of Flame Communications Pty. Ltd. in 2005, after spending more than 16 years managing projects in public relations, marketing and corporate communications for leading multinationals (MNCs) in regional roles and has clocked over 15,000 consulting hours. Under her leadership, the agency successfully won and executed over 600 PR and marketing campaigns regionally for government agencies in Korea, Australia and Singapore, as well as leading B2B and B2C brands.
Ms. Fang holds a Master’s in Management of Technology, and a Bachelor’s of Science, both from the National University of Singapore.
Michael Thirnbeck was appointed as an Independent Non-Executive Director of R3D Global on 23 December, 2014. Mr. Thirnbeck is an experienced geologist with over 25 years in managing numerous mineral development projects in Papua New Guinea, Indonesia, and Australia. He has been a member of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy since 1989 and holds a B.Sc. (Hons.) from the University of Queensland. Mr. Thirnbeck is currently a Director of another ASX listed company known as AAT Corporation Ltd, since 23 December, 2013.
Mr Chin was appointed as a Non-Executive Director of the Company on 22 March 2013. Mr Chin has over 30 years’ experience in investor relations, banking and investments with global financial institutions like Credit Suisse, Standard Chartered Bank, BNP and CIBC handling project finance, corporate lending, and wealth management in Canada, Hong Kong and Singapore. Mr Chin is currently a Director of a manufacturing company listed on the Jakarta Stock Exchange. Mr Chin has a degree in Economics from the University of Western Ontario, Canada.
Alberto Migliucci is the CEO and founder of Petra Commodities, a Singapore boutique investment firm. A senior investment banker with outstanding qualifications, he has put together transactions with a cumulative total greater than $100 billion.
With 15 years’ experience in Asia, he was Managing Director of Credit Suisse’s Global Energy Group, as well as Head of the investment bank’s Mining & Metals and Energy franchise in Asia. Mr. Migliucci also worked for Standard Bank PLC, as the Head of the bank’s Energy & Mining Finance group for Asia Pacific, and for Societe General in Hong Kong, where he was a Vice President in Project Finance & Advisory team. He has held senior bank positions for Westpac Banking Corporation and The Sumitomo Bank of Japan.

Raisa Lim specialises in digital marketing and media engagements, and is responsible to support clients in the areas of SEO lead generation campaigns, analytics, social media and email marketing. Raisa thrives on challenges and excels in a fast-paced environment. Her biggest passion is to discover and apply new technologies and knowledge in marketing.
She speaks 3 languages fluently: English, Mandarin and Bahasa. She also actively volunteers in City Care Eastlake, providing support to the elderly on improving their quality of life. She holds a Masters’ Degree in Marketing and Bachelor of Accounting from the University of Technology Sydney (UTS) and the University of Pelita Harapan respectively.
Stella T. Suryoprabowo has over a decade of experience working in regional companies in Australia, Indonesia and Singapore, specialising in financial analysis, accounting and preparation of financial documents for listed and multinational companies.
Previously, she has worked in Wellcom Group, a NSW creative production agency. She holds a Masters’ degree in Business of Accounting and a Bachelor of Economics from the University Technology of Sydney (UTS) and the University of Tarumanegara (Untar) respectively.
